RINA partners with Tenova for pilot-scale green steel production plant

RINA (IT06) has partnered with Tenova, a leading developer and provider of sustainable solutions for the green transition of the metals industry. Tenova will supply a 30-meter-tall Direct Reduction Iron ore (DRI) tower using hydrogen as a reducing agent as well as an Electric Arc Furnace (EAF). The plant will produce up to seven tons per hour at its full production capability by the end of 2025.
