The third IPCEI Hydrogen General Assembly and IPCEI Hydrogen Conference took place on November 5th and 6th 2025, in Rome.

The third IPCEI Hydrogen General Assembly and IPCEI Hydrogen Conference took place on November 5^th and 6^th 2025 at the Auditorium Antonianum in Rome. It was hosted by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.

At the IPCEI on Hydrogen General Assembly a status update of the projects and the overall implementation of the IPCEI on Hydrogen was provided to all members. The current implementation hurdles and needs within the hydrogen sector were displayed and further perspectives on IPCEI on Hydrogen were discussed.

The conference provided insights into the emerging European hydrogen market and the progress of the IPCEI on Hydrogen as its spearhead. At the conference, the direct participants of the four IPCEI on Hydrogen waves (Hy2Tech, Hy2Use, Hy2Infra and Hy2Move) presented the latest success stories. Together with representatives from the participating Member States and the European Commission, ways to foster the hydrogen market ramp-up were discussed with public stakeholders from across Europe.
